On our website we use Hotjar, a web analytics service of Hotjar Ltd., Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta (« Hotjar »).

On our website we use LiveChat, a support ticketing system (chat tool) from LiveChat Inc., LiveChat Software S.A., ul. Zwycięska 47, 53-033 Wroclaw, Poland ("LiveChat").

LiveChat enables you to start the chat feature on this Website. For this purpose, we also use the cookies described in more detail in the above table. The information collected by LiveChat in connection with your use of our Website (e.g. the unique session code) will be transmitted to and stored on a LiveChat server in Germany.
